Lacewing Designs offers a range of Day Schools and Workshops covering all levels of lacemaking skill. Individual workshops cover lace types such as Torchon, Floral Torchon, Honiton, Bucks Point and Bedfordshire Lace. Day schools are available to enable students to apply these skills to the creation of jewellery and landscapes made in lace. Jan also delights in de-mystifying the designing process for Bobbin Lace. If you would rather learn Needle Lace making techniques Jan is very happy to pass on her skills and knowledge in this field. Jan will come to your group and lead you through whichever Workshop or Day School you have chosen. There are patterns in Jan's collection to use with students of all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced lacemakers. The fee for 2011 will be £175.00 per day plus expenses.
